1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Gennovate (igennovate.ai), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Gennovate provides AI-powered solutions including but not limited to: AI consulting, digital media production, video production, music and audio production, automation services, infographics design, prototyping, dashboard development, and educational content creation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and deliverables created by Gennovate remain the intellectual property of Gennovate until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. All website content, logos, and branding remain the property of Gennovate unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gennovate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
